Clovis, as CEO and Chairman of the board, is responsible for formulating business and technology strategies as well as managing and growing Mobio.He bringsover 15 years of entrepreneurship, e-commerce, product marketing,and technology sales experience to the team. Previously working for Non-Elephant Encryption Systems as VP of Marketing, he was responsible for the development of the initial Ne² commercialization marketing strategy. Prior to that, Clovis provided business and sales plans for numerous Internet-based technology start-ups.

Bernd's role at Mobio includes the provision of financial and administrative leadership. He also acts as Secretary to the Board of Directors.
His career has spanned the High Technology, Communications and New Media segments. He is a former management consulting partner of Deloitte, a seasoned entrepreneur having founded MLI Inc, a developer and publisher of computer games for affinity groups, and the former CEO of OA Solutions, a professional services firm with clients throughout North America. Bernd has also acted as a buyers representative for corporate acquirers, and as a due diligence agent for prominent Venture Capitalists.
Bernd is the Principal at his own consulting company which specializes in high technology strategy, operations and investment. He is active in the Technology Startup community as advisor and consultant to Compass Engine (Games), OMI Inc. (Gamified New Media) and numerous others through Bootup Entrepreneurial Society, a Vancouver area incubator.
Bernd holds an MBA from Ivey School of Business at The University of Western Ontario (Dean's Honour List 1993), and an Honours Computer Science degree from the University of Manitoba.

Dr. Csinger is advisor to, and director of, a number of startup companies. He is also Entrepreneur in Residence and Adjunct Professor at the University of British Columbia. In 1996 he founded Xcert Software, a technology leader in internet security that was later acquired by RSA Technologies. Other positions Dr. Csinger has held include Executive VP of Product Strategy and Development at Dategrity Corp., and CIO at Group Telecom where he developed and operated the first PKI Certification Authority and Repository to be licensed under Washington State Digital Signature legislation. This certification influenced the adoption of the Electronic Signatures in Global and National Commerce Act of 2000 and was an early model for the adoption of the Uniform Electronic Transactions Act (UETA).
